Pokemon X and Y Vaniville Town
Vaniville Town is a small, quiet community nestled in the Kalos region’s lush southern hills. You have only just moved here, and you couldn’t ask for a nicer place to live. It is here that your great adventure begins!
Step 1
Check out your room
Rise and shine! You have just moved to a new town, but that is no excuse for sleeping in so late. Take a few moments to rub the sleep from your eyes, then check out your bedroom. A Nintendo Wii U system is all hooked up, and you can turn on the TV to see a movie, a gameshow, or something else. Take a look.
Step 2
Go downstairs
You can’t just hang around your room all day. Head downstairs to speak to your mom. She is glad to see that you are up and about, but she asks that you change out of your pyjamas before you leave the house. Not a bad idea!
Step 3
Get dressed
Sprint back upstairs and return to your bedroom. Stand in front of the mirror, and press A to change clothes. Ah, much better!
Step 4
Explore your house
Go back downstairs to speak to your mom again. Now that you have changed out of your pyjamas, your mom suggests that you go outside and say hi to your neighbours. Feel free to check out the rest of your home before heading outdoors.
Step 5
Meet your neighbours
It doesn’t take long for you to run into your neighbours – they are waiting right outside your front door. Serena/Calem and Shauna are pleased to meet you and they seem really friendly. They tell you that an esteemed professor named Sycamore has heard about you and then they invite you to join them in the neighbouring town of Aquacorde.
Step 6
Check out Vaniville Town
Your new friends have rushed off to Aquacorde Town, but there is no need for you to keep pace. Take a moment to say hi to the folks in Vaniville Town before you leave. Don’t be shy – stroll right into your neighbours’ homes and introduce yourself!
Step 7
Leave Vaniville Town through the north gate
After you have spoken to everyone in Vaniville Town, it is time to travel to Aquacorde Town. Proceed through Vaniville Town’s north gate to reach Route 1, which leads to Aquacorde Town.
Step 8
Get ready to hit the road
Give your mom the Professor’s Letter and she will get you all ready to set out on your big adventure with a Town Map, a Potion and a change of clothes. Then it is back to Aquacorde Town – and beyond – with the best wishes of your mom and her Rhyhorn!
